Shuttle service is for Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores customers only. See guest services for shuttle pick-up information & location. Shuttle departs promptly at scheduled pick-up time and return time. If you are riding on the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores free shopping shuttle arrive 10 minutes early. Space is subject to availability. Food, drinks, and personal luggage are not permitted on the shuttle. The Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores shuttle is a non-smoking shuttle.
